ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS

During the festival, participants will be provided with accommodation and meals at the Novokoltsovskaya Hotel (Ural Federal University Campus, 100th Anniversary of the Ural University St., Building 6/3).
The organizing committee recommends booking the hotel in advance.
Please note that the team is responsible for all accommodation, food, and transportation expenses.

PLEASE NOTE!
To ensure safety on the URFU Campus, a strict access control regime is in effect. A pass is issued separately for each participant, leader, accompanist, and escort.

• For groups residing on the Campus grounds, badges will be issued. To do this, you need to send a 3x4 photo of the participant against a light background and a scan (not a copy) of an identity document (birth certificate or passport). The badges will be distributed during the group’s meeting. The documents must be sent to the organizing committee two months before the start of the event. With a badge, you will be able to freely enter and exit the Campus grounds.
• For groups that do not reside on the Campus, a one‑time pass is issued to each participant. To enter the territory, you must have with you a list of the group’s participants, including leaders and accompanying persons, and identification documents (the original birth certificate or passport). The list must be sent to the organizing committee no later than one month before the start of the event.
