Shenzhen Senior High School Lily Girls Choir,Artistic Director/Conductor 

From 1990-1997, Hu taught at piano department of Jiangxi Normal University, and during that time, she presented a recital successfully in 1995. 

Since 1997, she became a faculty member of Shenzhen Senior High School. As one of the founder of Shenzhen Senior High School Lily Choir, she was in charge of piano accompaniment and stage choreographing then. 

In 2005 Hu pursued further study at conducting department of Central Conservatory of Music, learn after Prof.Yang Hongnian and Chen lin. In October of 2010, Hu became the conductor of Shenzhen Senior High School Lily Girls Choir, after that she brought the choir exploring the board area for arts communication especially performance in official visiting to North Korea and Serbia.

In 2011, the concert tour in Beijing national concert hall, Shanghai He-Luting concert hall, Shenzhen concert hall has won big success in China; She used to brought the choir to held concert successfully in Kennedy Arts Center for twice. 

In July of 2014, she brought the choir to participate the 8th world choir games in Latvia and won third prize of golden diploma in grand prix of Musica Contemporanea category and golden prize of female chamber choir category. 

In February of 2016, she was invited to bring Lily Girls Choir to performance in ACDA eastern division conference and present the workshop there. At the same year, she brought this choir to national middle school and elementary school arts fair, and won the grand champion of vocal category. 

Hu was invited to give the coaching and workshop for many teenager’s choirs individually or in public. In July of 2012, she is one of the representative of China to give a speech on World Choral Education Conference organized by International Federation of Choral Music. 

She has won the excellent conductor prize in 1st Shenzhen choir festival, and for times, she was awarded as excellent conductor prize on national middle school and elementary school arts fair. 

She is selected as one of the “ten recipients of the Excellence in Teaching Service” and “outstanding woman representative” awarded by Shenzhen municipal government.
